As part of our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), all full-time staff and crew receive training communication, team work and workplace respect. We also run a robust internship programme, welcoming over 15 young people each year to learn about filmmaking; many of whom go on to join the team full time. By creating these opportunities, both on set and across departments, we’re supporting the next generation of filmmakers and helping our industry evolve in a more inclusive and representative direction.
